"Home. Hm." That one word. She wasn't even sure if she knew what that meant, anymore. She stirred listlessly at the stew, watching the steam rise. "But... doesn't this town have a name? It's not just... an inn in the middle of nowhere, surely?"
Her eyes drifted over to Chezlar once more, lingering slightly over his mouth before lifting up to meet those exquisite eyes again. There was a room full of people. But for some reason, they faded into the background like so much steam.
She broke her gaze away. Maybe he wouldn't affect her so if she *didn't* look at him. Although that would be rude, wouldn't it? *About as rude as staring too deeply,* she chided herself. She spooned stew into her mouth.
