An'Thaya had opened her mouth to say something to Helen when she spotted Galain, she was the only one facing the door. For the briefest moment emerald met sea-green, then slid down to eye the furry little critter between his boots. Her face screwed up in a wince as all hell broke out on the porch and she waited a moment to see if the cursing was going to stop anytime soon.
"Well," she said in an amused tone, "you've come to the wrong place for survival training. Ghet, did you give Galain a tetanus shot during his last medical? Or... rabies? Is there a preventative shot for that?"
She gave Helen a dazzling smile. "Congratulations, by the way." The Amazon raised her coffee cup, "and may your children take after their mother."
