While he thought about the rest of what she'd said, Marius turned away and got himself a drink. He'd found himself drawing towards the clear and powerful lately, but again, he didn't care. Turning back, he leaned on his elbows, staring down at the bartop. "Going dark. It's as good a description as any, I guess. Haven't seen much light lately, and I wouldn't know what to do with it if I did." He shrugged. It would be simpler to tell her now, and then maybe also he wouldn't have to tell her the rest of it. "I lost Foxx. Literally lost her, actually. But it's been so long now, and so many times... she's not coming back. I can feel it."
