Marius stumbled blearily out of the lift and headed over to the bar. He hadn't had enough sleep, but that wasn't really the problem. He couldn't find Raoul anywhere. The old white tiger hadn't been in the penthouse when he woke up. The last time he'd gone missing he'd been found by a client, swimming in one of the upstairs pools. She hadn't exactly calmed down when the tiger started talking, either.
Marius had tipped off security, and they were watching the monitors, but if Raoul didn't want to be found, finding him wasn't going to happen.
So Marius settled in behind the bar, poured himself a coffee, and tried to pretend he wasn't worried.
