While you are at the Site and engaged in any form of communication, you agree NOT to:

  • Inhibit other users from using and enjoying the Site and Services.
  • Post or transmit any fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, off-topic or personally harmful information of any kind.
  • Post materials in violation of another party's copyright or other intellectual property rights.

While The Bardic Web has no obligation to monitor the site, we do reserve the right to refuse to post or remove any member names, materials or links we deem unacceptable, offensive or in violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use. We also reserve the right to suspend or prohibit any user who violates the Code of Conduct or the Terms of Use from using the Site or Site related services without warning.

Please note, Suspension is due to the activities of a "character" but is meant to suspend the "person" or "persons" behind that character, and in so doing, suspend all characters created by that person. Do not share, transfer or trade your characters or accounts. Any suspended person trying to come back as another character may get an even longer suspension term.

The Bardic Web reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at its sole discretion.
